Meet The Resource Minerals Team

Mr. Deen oversees all functions of Resource Minerals and serves as Chairman of the Board of all related entity partnerships. Prior to forming Resource Minerals in 2014, Mr. Deen was a Principal and Co-Founder of LL&B Minerals, and has led mineral buying and leasing teams in multiple resource basins since 2005. Mr. Deen has 25 years experience in all aspects of upstream E&P as an independent producer, which followed a 9 year engineering career with Shell Oil. Mr. Deen graduated from The University of Tulsa with a BS in Petroleum Engineering in 1982.

Mr. Rieck leads the land and legal department for Resource Minerals.  In this capacity, Mr. Rieck generates and negotiates new investment opportunities, conducts and oversees title due diligence, drafts legal documents, and manages all portfolio properties pertaining to new leases and lease amendments.  Prior to forming Resource Minerals in 2014, Mr. Rieck filled the same role for the team at LL&B Minerals beginning in early 2011.  Mr. Rieck was employed with Bruce F. Rieck & Associates as an estate planning and real estate attorney prior to joining LL&B. Mr. Rieck’s experience also includes managing the leasing for family ranches in West Texas.  Mr. Rieck earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center (2008) and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Rice University (2005).

Ms. Quintana specializes in oil and gas lease review, division order confirmation and land contract preparation. Ms. Quintana began her career in oil and gas with LL&B Minerals in 2006. She has been with Resource Minerals since the start of the company in 2014.

Ms. Jarvis is responsible for all aspects of financial transactions, analysis and reporting for the individual partnerships along with the administrative functions for the operating entity. As such, she maintains a close working relationship with Resource Mineral’s bankers. She joined Resource Minerals in 2015. Ms. Jarvis began her career in the oil and gas industry in 2007 as an oil and gas accountant with Merit Energy in Dallas, TX. Prior to that, Carrie was an auditor with Ernst & Young, also in Dallas TX. She earned a BA from The University of Texas at Austin and a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio.

Mr. Russell serves as the lead senior reservoir engineering tech for all partnership databases and GIS
functions. Mr. Russell entered the oil and gas industry after 12 years as a teacher/coach in Midland, TX.
Mr. Russell previously served 7 years as a senior reservoir engineering tech for Concho Resources
primarily focused on the Delaware Basin in southeastern New Mexico and west Texas. Mr. Russell joined
the Resource Minerals team in 2019.

Mr. Lindenmuth serves as the field representative for Resource Minerals. He is the primary contact with
local mineral owners and coordinates information exchange and purchase offers with the main office.
Mr. Lindenmuth also serves as the closing representative for Resource Minerals on transactions in the
area. Mr. Lindenmuth brings more than 30 years of hands on experience as a land agent to the process.
He has a passion for working with people and developing respectful relationships. Mr. Lindenmuth has
been a valued part of our team since 2013.
